The Area Agency on Aging has designated Taylor County Senior Citizens Council, Inc. as the central service provider in Taylor county to serve as both a provider of supportive and nutrition services under the Older Americans Act (OAA) and as a Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) lead agency.
The AAANF allocates federal funding for the provision of transportation service. The Coordinated Transportation Provider for Taylor County is Big Bend Transit, Inc.
Legal services for older persons are funded under the Older Americans Act and can be accessed at Taylor County Senior Citizens Council, Inc.
