The Area Agency on Aging has designated Liberty County Senior Citizens Council, Inc. as the central service provider in Liberty county to serve as both a provider of supportive and nutrition services under the Older Americans Act (OAA) and as a Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) lead agency.
The AAANF allocates federal funding for the provision of transportation service. The Coordinated Transportation Provider for Liberty County is Liberty Transit, Inc.
Legal services for older persons are funded under the Older Americans Act and can be accessed at Liberty County Senior Citizens Council, Inc.
