The Area Agency on Aging has designated Gadsden County Senior Citizens Council, Inc. as the central service provider in Gadsden county to serve as both a provider of supportive and nutrition services under the Older Americans Act (OAA) and as a Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) lead agency.
The AAANF allocates federal funding for the provision of transportation service. The Coordinated Transportation Provider for Gadsden County is Big Bend Transit, Inc.
