The Area Agency on Aging has designated Franklin County Senior Citizens Council, Inc. as the central service provider in Franklin county to serve as both a provider of supportive and nutrition services under the Older Americans Act (OAA) and as a Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) lead agency.
The AAANF allocates federal funding for the provision of transportation service. The Coordinated Transportation Provider for Franklin County is Crooms, Inc.
Legal services for older persons are funded under the Older Americans Act and can be accessed at Franklin County Senior Citizens Council, Inc.
