The Area Agency on Aging has designated Bay County Senior Citizens Council, Inc. as the central service provider in Bay county to serve as both a provider of supportive and nutrition services under the Older Americans Act (OAA) and as a Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) lead agency.
The AAANF allocates federal funding for the provision of transportation service. The Coordinated Transportation Provider for Bay County is Tri-County Community Council .
Legal services for older persons are funded under the Older Americans Act and can be accessed at Bay County Senior Citizens Council, Inc.
